Quick Homemade Pizza Dough
- 1 ( .25 oz) package active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour (all purpose works to)
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 450ยบ. In a medium bowl dissolve and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 10 min. Add in flour salt and oil beat until smooth (I just needed it until smooth) let rest 5 min. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat in roll out. Transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread with desired toppings. Bake 15-20 minutes and golden brown. Enjoy! If you try it out let me know what you think thanks : )
With four picky kids, an even pickier husband and a cat who's partial to filet mignon, I love finding quick and easy ways to deliver a meal that everyone will like. Thanks for the awesome post!
