Caramel Frappe!

I wanted to share a caramel frappe recipe with you. I'm not a coffee drinker (never have been) "gasp":) I'm not supposed to have caffeine anyway...I breastfeed and I'm not supposed to with my mitro valve prolapse sp?? & Crohns disease so I just use decaf :) Your probably thinking if you don't like coffee why are you making a frappe!?! Caramel syrup, and whipped cream make everything better right ; ) Its super quick and easy to make, you only need a couple ingredients. I know its not the healthiest but boy does it taste delicious!

Caramel Frappe
  • Ice
  • Cup of coffee
  • Maxwell House international latte vanilla caramel (about 2-3 tbls)
  • Caramel syrup
  • Whipped cream
Make a cup of coffee. Fill blender with ice and pour in the coffee. Add In the latte vanilla caramel powder, squeeze in some caramel syrup and blend. I just taste it to see if I want more syrup or not. Pour it in a cup and add the whipped cream topping and caramel drizzle.
Enjoy the deliciousness:) if you try it out let me know what you think.

  5. Man, that sounds too good for someone needing to still lose her babyweight (me!!!). I love mocha frappes best, you should figure out how to make those lol. As another breastfeeding momma, I know we aren't "supposed" to have caffeine, but I do. Every single day. The only times I didn't have coffee in some form was when I was pregnant with each of my kids.
